The distribution region covers the Territories of American Samoa, Australia, New Caledonia, Northern Mariana Islands, Tokelau, Cook Islands, Tahiti, French Polynesia, Pitcairn Islands Group and the Countries of Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Federated State of Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Western Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
